All sales are final. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, and all shipping fees as they are non-refundable.

Shipping Insurance is already included in the final cost and is a mandatory payment.

If the product reaches customers and has defects that were not previously mentioned in our specifications, the buyer must contact Artlote through our website during 7 days and complete this form Damage or Loss of Goods. We will refund the money in accordance with the Insurance Terms and Conditions.
