Delivery

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery before signing for the shipment. 

In the case of a Front Door Frieght delivery, please inspect the item as soon as possible. 

In either case, if you find noticeable signs of damage:

• Note them in the shipping provider’s official paperwork.
• Keep any shipping documents and packaging.
• Contact us as soon as possible (no later than 7 days post delivery).
• Be prepared to send us photographs that could help us assess the condition of the item.
